| Penerangan CU | This Competency Unit title describes the competency in Basic Process Instrument Maintenance. He / She is responsible in setting control valve, calibrate pressure gauge, and performing maintenance activities of instrument equipment as per Standard Operating Procedure (S.O.P) The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to Set Control-Valve, Calibrate Pressure Gauge, Replace Transmitter, Replace Solenoid Valve and Calibrate Measuring Instrument (Flow / Temperature / Pressure / Level) according to Standard Operation Procedure (S.O.P). The outcome of this CU is the process instrument performance reliability is maintained to sustain continuous process quality according to Standard Operation Procedure (S.O.P). |
