| Penerangan CU | This competency unit title describes the competency in DCS And PLC Operations He / She is responsible in replacing of Blown Electrical Fuses in I.S. barrier and PLC card as per Preventive Maintenance Schedule. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able replace blown Electrical Fuses in Intrinsic Safety (I.S) Barrier, Replace Faulty Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Card in Distributed Control System (DCS and replace faulty field interface control card according to Standard Operation Procedure. (SOP) The outcomes of this CU are DCS and PLC instrument is maintained to sustain continuous process quality according to Standard Operation Procedure. (SOP) |
