| Penerangan CU | "This Competency Unit title describes the competency in DCS and PLC Maintenance He / She is responsible in performing replacement of malfunction cards ,routine maintenance of DCS and PLC , operational station rebooting, I/O address checking and system communication checking as per maintenance schedule plan The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to maintain distributed control system, perform operation station reboot, perform address check of DCS & PLC input/output and check hardware & software communication according to manufacturer specification. The outcome of this CU is the DCS and PLC maintenance performance reliability is maintained to sustain continuous process quality according to Standard Operation Procedure." |
