| Penerangan CU | This Competency Unit title describes the competency in Static Equipment Maintenance. He/ She is responsible in testing, repairing and supervising Static equipment conducting, adhering, maintaining and coordinating the plant and staff supervision activities as per company rules and regulation. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to supervise the removal and installation of heat exchanger tube bundle, unfired Pressure Vessel repair. Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) related to Plant Mechanical Activities, Plant Mechanical maintenance, Conduct staff training, Perform staff appraisal, Perform staff appraisal, Implement safety measures at workplace, Carry out customer and inter departmental liaison, Prepare section budget and Prepare technical report. The outcomes of this CU are the equipment is in order foroperating and running as per specification. |
