The person who is competent in Personnel transfer handling shall be able to execute safety procedures to be adhered by personnel to be transferred, control and orchestrate the safe transfer of personnel at site, , check PPE usage, prepare transfer equipment, and test communication in accordance with safe working practices. The outcome of this competency unit is to ensure personnel transfer activity is done free from accidents in accordance with Job Safety Analysis (JSA) / Job Hazards Analysis (JHA)." |
