| Penerangan CU | Shift management describes the four functions of a senior fire officer that are planning, organising, leading, motivating and controlling which influence operative functions of ARFF fire station. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare ARFF working schedule, manage staff discipline, appraise staff performance, verify staff manning and manage ARFF internal meeting. The outcome of this competency is to ensure proper planning and controlling ARFF team in compliance with Standard And Recommended Practices (SARPs) of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). |
