| Penerangan CU | Budget management is the process in planning budget and managing approved allocation as to maintain the continuity of ARFF operation. The distribution of allocation is done in the most cost efficient manner. A person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare, manage and present ARFF budget performance to the management. The outcome of this competency is to develop realistic and effective budget planning in accordance with Standard And Recommended Practices (SARPs) of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and Local regulations. |
