| Penerangan CU | The Game Design Document is the document that is the reference used throughout the development of the game. The document contains the specifications requirements descriptions and details of the game to be developed. All design works of the game must be managed compiled and updated to ensure the smooth development of the game. Other documents and materials are created to support the release and publishing of the game to the market in the most effective way. This information maybe in terms or write-ups, game trailers or marketing materials. In addition, it also needs to be supported with information for the player or the user that can be obtained through various distribution channels. In order to protect the rights and intellectual property of the game developer, the game needs to be registered with various legal and regulatory bodies before it is published. Game design document management describes the activities involved in managing the marketing, registration with legal and regulatory bodies and licensing bodies. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to manage game release kit, end user information creation as well as game registration and licensing. The outcome of this competency is to oversee creation of the game design document, game publishing materials and compliance to game release legal requirements are adhered to. |
