| Penerangan CU | Latex compounding quality control is a process of monitoring and maintaining standard of manufactured product based on the quality of material/ingredient prepared / used. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to monitor latex quality status, solution concentration and pH status, dispersion particle size and total solid content status, emulsion total solid content status, colour matching and total solid content, and lastly monitor compounded latex quality status. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the latex compounding met the quality as per production / customer requirement. |
