| Penerangan CU | Latex compounding job training is a process to train the worker or trainer during work time based on training outline and training scheduled/plan has been produced. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to plan “on job” training program, prepare training material, perform personal training and conduct personnel training appraisal. The outcome of this competency is to provide excellent coordination of training programs and to qualify the competency of each production personnel towards his/ her job function. |
