The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify digital illustration production requirement, sketch digital illustration, produce finished drawing and finalize digital illustration presentation. The outcome of this competency is to enable the personnel to interpret job’s specification and objectives, study references and develop the final digitized illustration art works. |
