Penerangan CU | Professional development programme competency is to provide skill training to personnel in the BMS to ensure personnel are equipped with relevant and current knowledge and skill as to keep abreast with rapid technological change and advancement in achieving organisation’s mission, goal, objectives and direction. The person who is competent in professional development program shall be able to conduct technical skills (TNA), plan technical skills development/activities, organise technical skills development programmes/activities, supervise technical skills development programmes/activities implementation and prepare technical skills development programmes / activities implementation reports according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and work instruction manual. The outcome of this competency is to develop capacity building programmes in accordance with energy optimisation that fulfils organization requirements. |
