| Penerangan CU | BMS asset management is a process and procedure in analysing, planning and managing asset in accordance with organisation requirement. The person who is competent in Building Automation System Asset Management shall be able to analyse BMS Asset Information, Perform BMS Asset Statistical Analysis (SAS), prepare BMS & energy management financial planning and manage BMS asset, according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and work instruction manual. The outcome of this competency is able manage asset in building automation system according to organization requirements. |
