| Penerangan CU | BMS project management is a process and procedure in planning, implementing, monitoring and managing project plan, project risk, and project performance in accordance with organisation requirement. The person who is competent in building automation system project maintenance shall be able to analyse project brief, prepare risk management plan, prepare project schedule and timeline, execute project, and monitor project performance according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and work instruction manual. The outcome of this competency is to manage project management in BMS operation that fulfils client requirement and in accordance with organization requirements. |
