Penerangan CUEngineering human capital management are the process of developing competent worker in ensuring of availability of manpower, machinery, equipment and resources management system to optimize printing production, budget planning is to run the production maintaining continuity of printing business existence and the distribution of allocations done in the most cost effective and efficient manner and in project & contract management related to improvement of the printing system performance and maintain availability to meet printing production requirement

The person who is competent in this engineering management function shall be able to organise engineering staff function, produce divisional budget, manage contract and project implementation and testing & commissioning unit in accordance with printing organization policy and regulation

The outcome of this competency is to enable/achieve successful process of correct selection manpower with sufficient job specification, and maintaining of good safe environment, staff incentives and entertainment base on company policy and Employee Law.1955

To enable/achieve successful process of project management system for printing equipment with sufficient engineering work management.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in engineering human capital management shall be able to plan its equipment for servicing and testing to ensure its equipment capabilities of machine operation in accordance with printing organization policy and regulation. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:-

• Assess mechanical printing machine & auxiliary development program
• Organize staff competency evaluation
• Implement staff training maintenance improvement programme
