| Penerangan CU | Standard Malaysian Rubber (SMR) Factory Budget Planning a process of preparing budget by using the current available information and resources. It’s also serves as a control device to help management measure the factory performance against the plan so that future performance may be improved. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to evaluate SMR production planning, analyse existing SMR factory resources, analyse required SMR factory resources costs and verify SMR factory budget allocation report. The outcome of this competency is the personnel able to perform excellent SMR factory budget preparation by considering resources availability, required costs and current industry factors in accordance with company’s standard operating procedure (SOP) and budget guidelines. |
