| Penerangan CU | Exhibition Operation Management describes the competencies required to prepare, plan and validate the implementation of the exhibition operation. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare exhibition operation budget, appoint exhibition venue provider and operation service suppliers, validate exhibition venue regulation compliance, manage exhibition operation move in/move out procedure, verify exhibition statutory requirement compliance and perform exhibition operation post-event evaluation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure effective planning and implementation of exhibitions that fulfil exhibition objectives and comply with statutory requirements. |
