Penerangan CU | Exhibition Sales Management describes the competencies required to strategize and execute an effective exhibition sales plan. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare exhibition sales budget, appoint exhibition overseas sales agents, develop exhibition sponsorship initiatives, establish communication with exhibition stakeholders, develop exhibition complementary events, manage exhibition key accounts/exhibitors, assess exhibition sales team performance and review post-exhibition sales campaign. The outcome of this competency is to ensure exhibition sales target is effectively met through strategic sales initiatives. |
