He or she is responsible in preparing work plan for stem selection, singling and pruning in silviculture treatments. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to perform stem selection, singling, pruning and thinning activities. The outcome of this competency is to develop healthy plantation with trees of good stem form and vigorous growth. |
