| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in planting operational planning and quality control. He or she is responsible for planning, implementation and quality control of the forest plantation planting activity. The personnel who are competent in this CU should be able to evaluate site prior to planting operation, prepare operational planting plan, implement operational planting plan and carry out post planting operational quality control. The outcome of this competency to evaluate and establish planting site with vigorous and healthy plants at the required stocking per hectare. |
