| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in supervisory functions. He or she is responsible for organizing and supervising forest plantation establishment and maintenance operations. The personnel who are competent in this CU should be able to schedule field operations, organise manpower, materials, tools and logistics for field operations, maintain plant and equipment, supervise field operational activities and analyse plantation field operations activities. The outcome of this competency is that all forest plantation establishment and maintenance operational activities are supervised in accordance with organisational requirements. |
