| Penerangan CU | "Apparel Placket Attachment competency unit specifies the competency in sewing apparel plackets in accordance with job specifications and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Plackets are defined as finished openings constructed in order to make it easy to put on or take off apparel. The person who is competent in apparel placket attachment should be able to comprehend the placket design, specifications, placket attachment procedure, method, technique and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). She/he should be able to check placket attachment requirements, prepare placket attachment requirements, reinforce placket fabric, attach placket to bodice panel and sew attached placket. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the placket cut pieces are assembled, attached and sewn as per requirements, sewing technique and designs." |
