The person who is competent in ship hull panel and frame fit up shall be able to prepare panel and frame fit up requirements, prepare jigs and fixtures, perform stiffener installation, perform panel fabrication and finalise panel and frame fit up work in accordance with ship hull specifications. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that panel and frame fit up are in accordance with ship hull drawing and work instruction requirements. " |
