The person who is competent in ship hull forming shall be able to prepare ship hull forming requirements, carry out jigs and fixtures set up, prepare material for forming process, carry out machine parameter set up, bending process, rolling process and carry out forming work checklist/form submission in accordance with ship hull construction specifications. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the shape and measurement of the rolled or bended plate is accurate according to ship hull construction specifications. " |
