| Penerangan CU | Marine electrical troubleshooting is the competency required to locate and solve the malfunction and defect of electrical equipment according to with electrical equipment specifications. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to troubleshoot the cable system and electrical equipment. The outcome of this competency is to set electrical equipment and system parameters and function in accordance with International Maritime Organization and Ship Classification Society Rules and Regulations. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to troubleshoot electrical equipment based on International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), International Maritime Organization (IMO) and Ship Classification Society Rules and Regulation. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- Identify electrical troubleshooting requirements. Prepare electrical tools, equipment and materials. Carry out electrical troubleshooting activities. Produce electrical troubleshooting report. |
