Penerangan CU | A Fast Food Safety, Health And Hygiene Practice is to provide fast food crews with a safe and healthy working environment. The person whom is competent in these CU will be able to identify safety, health and hygiene practices requirements, carry out cleaning & sanitizing tools & equipments and check safety, health and hygiene practices conformance, perform basic fast food equipment’s maintenance and perform waste disposal. The outcome of this competency is to provide the fast food crews with safety, health and hygiene practices in accordance with the establishment requirement standards. |
