The person whom is competent in these CU will be able to inspect vehicle condition and delivery requirements, carry out delivery preparation, carry out delivery orders, handle unsuccessful delivery and confirm end of shift activity The outcome of this competency is to enable the personnel to used delivery vehicle safely, deliver correct food orders, collect payment and handle unsuccessful delivery in accordance with company guidelines. |
