| Penerangan CU | Automotive assembly production line control is the function of controlling day to day operation in production line, including the function of planning, organizing, staffing and directing. It also helps to check the errors using problem solving methodology such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Why-why analysis, 7 Quality tools, Eight Disciplines (8D), Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) and Collaborative Problem-Solving and Resolution (CPR) and to take the corrective action so that deviation from standards are minimized and stated goals of the company are achieved in a desired manner. The person who is competent in this automotive assembly operation control shall be able to ensure production line readiness and running, monitor product pass rate, perform production process inspection activity and lead production maintenance activities. The outcome of this competency is to achieve successful process operation control in automotive assembly operation sites that ensures safety to equipment and personnel. |
