| Penerangan CU | Automotive assembly training management is the functional roles of conducting and supervising training, development programs for subordinates and developing skills, enhancing productivity and quality of work, and building loyalty to the organisation. The person who is competent in this automotive assembly training management shall be able to plan personnel development activities, prepare department training plan, coordinate and conduct on the job training and evaluate training effectiveness. The outcome of this competency is to achieve the optimum use of company’s human resource, maximise their potential without straining the employer-employee relationships as well as the sense of belonging and satisfaction of the employees. |
