Operations management is concerned with converting materials and labour into goods and services as efficiently as possible to maximize the profit of an organization. The person who is competent in automotive assembly operational management will be able to interpret production order, confirm start shift production activity, monitor production performance, manage delivery operation and manage end shift production activity. The outcome of this competency is to be able to manage and control the day-to-day operations to implement production requirements. |
