The person who is competent in automotive assembly human capital development shall be able to develop departmental organisation, plan manpower development activities, coordinate manpower recruitment, manage manpower performance, coordinate training programmes, monitor career development programmes and recommend motivational schemes. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the production plant manpower development is properly managed in compliance with company and regulatory body requirements. |
