| Penerangan CU | Automotive assembly project management is a methodical approach to planning and guiding project processes from start to finish and application of processes, methods, knowledge, skills and experience to achieve the project objectives. Project management is the competency which provides method or technique in project management related to improvement of the automotive assembly operation performance to meet company’s requirements. The person who is competent in automotive assembly project management will be able to manage new model introduction programme, manage new model production process setup and manage End-Of-Life (EOL) product activity (phase out). The outcome of this competency is to enable/achieve successful process of project management for automotive assembly management with sufficient work selection in the master schedule |
