The person who is competent in fibreglass boat project management shall be able to analyse project brief, prepare risk management plan, prepare project schedule and timeline, execute project, and monitor project performance according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and work instruction manual. The outcome of this competency is to manage project management in fibreglass boat manufacturing that fulfils client requirement and in accordance with organization requirements. |
