The person who is competent in work organising and managing fibreglass hull and superstructure manufacturing shall be able to analyse manufacturing requirement, manage manufacturing processes, manage product inspection and evaluate production performance in accordance with company requirements. The outcome of this competency is the ability to ensure production objectives delivered effectively, work productivity increased and excellent quality product produced in accordance with company requirements. |
