The fundamentals of coaching activities for caddie includes aim-point green reading, course management, swing motion & advices to golfers, enhancing caddie the rules of golf and green The person who is competent in caddying coaching shall be able to organize caddy training needs, prepare training criteria, coaching program, coach caddying service, carry out coaching evaluation and prepare caddying coaching report. The outcome of this competency unit is the ability to provide training for subordinates according to caddying service standard and club requirements. |
