It is the operational administrative fundamentals in performing caddying documentation, deployment briefing, caddy performance & work discipline monitoring for human resources compliances. The person who is competent in caddying employment administration shall be able to prepare caddying performance documentation, conduct caddy briefing, carry out caddy performance evaluation, monitor caddy discipline and prepare caddy welfare requirement The outcome of this competency unit is the ability to perform caddy employment administrative functions in accordance with club requirement. |
