| Penerangan CU | Industrial APC Resource Management describes the competencies required to manageresources for APC operationin terms of scheduling, inventorying and operation monitoring. Effective scheduling is a critical factor for successful implementation and optimal utilisation of resources. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare manpower scheduling, develop maintenance, shutdown and calibration schedules, implement and monitor APCS operations against the schedules, prepare operational checklist for audit and develop technical reports. The outcome of this competency is to ensure operation efficiency, optimal resources utilisation, absence of or minimal interruption to APCS operation and compliance with relevant environmental and HSE regulatory requirements |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to manage resources such as manpower, materials and time to ensure efficient scheduling and implementation. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- • Prepare manpower scheduling • Develop maintenance schedule • Develop shutdown schedule • Develop instrument calibration schedule • Implement and monitor APCS operation • Manage APC inventory • Collate data for operational audit • Prepare technical reports |
