| Penerangan CU | The data analysis project management competency is a set of competency to ensure the project assigned is delivered successfully which covers the full cycles of project management starting from project initiation until post implementation. The person who is competent in data analysis project management area shall be able to identify project scope, prepare project scheduling, prepare project budget, carry out project monitoring, carry out risk assessment, coordinate project procurement and prepare project report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure clients’ satisfaction by fulfilling their requirements (functionalities and costs) which will resulted a spiral effect to company’s revenue from repeating projects/engagements. |
