| Penerangan CU | The Competency Unit (CU) title describes the competency in Operation Budget Planning and Control Creating, monitoring and managing a budget is key to business success. It helps organisation allocate resources where they are needed, so that organisation remains profitable and successful. The person who is competent in this Competency Unit (CU) shall be able to inventory cost centre, collect operation data, prepare capital expenditure forecast, establish information communication technology and prepare annual budget report The outcome of this competency is to prepare he/she to be able to carry out his/her tasks accordingly within the production operation and ensure that the production capacity is maximise through implementing well planned operation budget planning, production schedule, allocation of resources and assignment of work task. |
