| Penerangan CU | The Competency Unit (CU) title describes the competency in Maintenance Activity Administration. Maintenance Activity Administration is to accommodate a comprehensive maintenance program schedule in order to maximize equipment shelve life to its optimum. It would be difficult to appreciate the subtleties of what makes a maintenance plan effective without understanding need to reduce operation downtime. The person who is competent in this Competency Unit (CU) shall be able to establish safe work procedure, plan equipment maintenance schedule, administer repair work and administer remedial works. The outcome of this competency is to prepare he/she to study and analyses equipment properties and capabilities. Draw a complete maintenance activity inclusive of schedule, preventive and corrective maintenance program. |
