| Penerangan CU | The competency unit title describes the competency in field operation management. He or she is responsible to manage field operation activities according to organisation procedures and in compliance with rules and regulation required which include OSHA, Pesticide Act, environmental act, MPOB requirements, Jabatan Perhilitan, Jabatan Tanah dan Galian, Local Authority. The person is competent person shall be able to manage harvesting and collection activities, manage upkeep and maintenance activities for immature and mature area upkeep & maintenance, manage field operational expenditure, manage safety and health requirements compliance, manage plantation security requirements, manage environmental care requirements, evaluate field operation performance and prepare field operation management report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure all the division operation activities will be done according to work programme or work schedule |
