The competency includes verify sales documentation compliance, define customer data profiling parameters, promote vehicle attributes, administer Hire Purchase (HP) financing arrangement, comply with Vehicle Delivery Schedule (VDS), ensure customer service feedback and compliance, and administer sales closure documentation. The outcome of this competency is to confirm documentation compliance and ensure that sales of brand new vehicles are done in accordance with established procedures and covered by insurance. |
