| Penerangan CU | Vehicle handover administration is the final stage of vehicle sales process where all documentation are in compliance with customer order and company?s sales practices and procedures. The competency includes verify inspection of vehicles for conformance, verify Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) rectification work order, approve vehicle delivery, ensure vehicle delivery, and embrace vehicle delivery documentation system. The outcome of this competency is to ensure maximised sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers, to ensure vehicle handovers are carried out on the agreed date and according to the customers' satisfaction, and ensure departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines. |
