The competency includes verify vehicle warranty terms and conditions, advise customers on warranty and servicing arrangement, coordinate service arrangement, advise customers on car accessories installation, and administer vehicle documentation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the aftersales department delivers a high level of customer satisfaction. |
