Penerangan CUVehicle Sales Dealership Management is a process of managing for sells new or used cars at the retail level, based on a dealership contract with an automaker or its sales subsidiary.

The competency includes develop Dealer Management System (DMS), maintain dealer management system (DMS), administer vehicle order/booking, monitor dealership performance, prepare dealership vehicles sales report, and present the report to stakeholders.

The outcome of this competency is to organising a team of sales people and devising strategies for the team to use to maximise sales and customer loyalty.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to organising a team of sales people and
devising strategies for the team to use to maximise sales and customer loyalty. Upon completion of this
competency unit, trainees will be able to:-
1. Develop Dealer Management System (DMS).
2. Maintain Dealer Management System (DMS).
3. Administer vehicle order/booking.
4. Monitor dealership performance.
5. Prepare dealership vehicles sales report.
