Penerangan CU | Vehicle Sales Dealership Management is a process of managing for sells new or used cars at the retail level, based on a dealership contract with an automaker or its sales subsidiary. The competency includes develop Dealer Management System (DMS), maintain dealer management system (DMS), administer vehicle order/booking, monitor dealership performance, prepare dealership vehicles sales report, and present the report to stakeholders. The outcome of this competency is to organising a team of sales people and devising strategies for the team to use to maximise sales and customer loyalty. |
