The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform trainee attendance check, conduct induction programmed, evaluate trainees training needs, evaluate trainee communication skills and prepare trainee enrollment report. The outcome of this competency is trainees registration process is carried out efficiently and promptly for smooth operation of work. |
