| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Driving Instructor Supervisory Functions. He or She is responsible in organizing the driving instructors, vehicles and resources efficiently towards achieving the training goals and objectives. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to supervise manpower planning, conduct performance appraisal, conduct department meeting, supervise training, coaching and mentoring program, attend to staff grievances, conduct induction program, execute management policies and expectation, develop team building and perform regulatory requirement activities. The outcome of this competency is supervisory functions, mentoring; coaching and training activities are executed as per company SOP with improvement in productivity and efficiency. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to execute supervisory functions, mentoring, coaching and training activities as per company SOP with improvement in productivity and efficiency. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to: • Supervise Man Power Planning; • Conduct Performance Appraisal; • Conduct Department Meeting; • Supervise Training, Coaching and Mentoring Programme; • Attend to Staff Grievances; • Conduct Induction Programme; • Execute Management Policies and Expectation; • Develop Team building; and • Perform Regulatory Requirement Activities |
