| Penerangan CU | This Competency Unit title describes the competency in Jidoka in Ceramic Product Operation. He / She is responsible in stopping the Ceramic product operation upon defect detected or when product operation completed. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform Jidoka at Finished Good Area, perform Jidoka at Process Area and perform Jidoka at Raw Material Area. The outcome of this CU is Ceramic product operation are less downtime, ceramic defect free and are produced according to set target as per SOP. |
