He / She must be able tosort and slot Kanban card at Levelling (Heijunka) Post and withdraw part according to KanbanCard. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform card sorting and slotting, perform Part Withdrawal (Hikitori) kanban and perform Production Instruction (Shikake) kanbanaccording to Standard Operation Procedure (S.O.P) and company rules. The outcomes of this CU are Kanbancard, material and product are sorted and slotted correctly for smooth work flow. |
