| Penerangan CU | The LPS material flow operation is the competency in creating, establishing and collecting for all LPS total material flow related activities. Material flow is the description of the transportation of raw material, pre-fabricates, parts, components, integrated objects and finally products as a flow of entities. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to collect data for current material flow, create Product Matrix Table (PMT), and establish current Material Information Flow Chart (MIFC). The outcome of this competency is to identify current waste, and establish Material Information Flow Chart (MIFC) to reduce/ eliminate stagnation and lead time during operation. |
